PLTS JV LLC, (dba Global Response Solutions) is a small business joint venture formed under the SBA-approved mentor/protégé program, which partners LongView International Technology Solutions, Inc. (mentor; dba LTS) and The Pirko Group LLC (veteran-owned small-business protégé). 

Global Response Solutions have provided services and solutions supporting federal, state, county, city, educational institutions, and healthcare agencies since 2005. We have delivered over $1 billion in professional services and staffing focused on delivering emergency planning and response, healthcare, technology, and consulting solutions to government agencies.

Our management, planning, staffing, quality, and government contracting expertise allowed us to rapidly expand into full turnkey emergency response services supporting our nation’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the height of the pandemic, we had contracts with federal, state, and local government agencies to provide full turnkey emergency response services across the entirety of the United States, including all 50 states and its territories.

Global Response Solutions provides turnkey disaster and emergency contract support including medical staffing, wrap-around services, equipment, and medical supplies. Our expertise is building a fully capable team with support services, rapidly deploying, and managing high quality medical care. We deploy using time- and field-tested standard operating procedures, and robust reporting capabilities. Global Response Solutions has delivered staff and equipment on short notice ranging from large, permanent sites in urban areas, to small, temporary sites in rural areas, and mobile teams equipped to travel to remote, austere environments in rural areas.
